Ostrich and goat farm. Birds are raised in large lots and fed a ration we make ourselves by grinding and mixing our own crops. Birds are raised without the use of meds or growth hormones. USDA inspected vacuum packed. Available in filet, ground, patties, brats, Italian sausage and salami. Ostrich eggs and finished leather also available. Please call first for call back or meat orders.
