About Us
The Smokin' Q has been in business since 2009. We started as a smokehouse serving fresh smoked brisket, pork and spareribs. We started smoking trout in 2011 and recently became a HACCP Seafood Processor/Wholesaler. Our goal is to make our fresh smoked trout (marketed under Rocky Mountain Trout Company) available at grocery stores and markets throughout the State of Colorado.
