Urban winery. Ohio's first licensed microdistillery producing brandy for fortification of our ports and dessert wines. Produces more types of mead/honeywine than anyone east of the Missisippi from dry to sweet and fortified. Direct fired potstill making 5-grain bourbon, single malt whisky, rum, gin, vodka and beer schnaaps from Ohio microbrews. Vodka awarded Silver by Beverage Testing Institute International judging in Chicago 2007. Single peated malt whisky awarded Silver by American Distilling Institute 2008.
