About Us
As part of the Ohio State University College of Food, Agriculture, and Environmental Sciences, we at the Food Industries Center provide Sensory Evaluation Testing on food products, packaging, consumer acceptance and marketing of food industry related products. We can also assist in research and development, and have 2 pilot plants (1) dairy, (2) fruit, vegetable, cereals, snacks & meat for use in scaling up new and improved products. We can assist in nutrition labeling, shelf life studies and food safety guidelines.
